I have been in contact with the engine designer as I had recently been told about this engine and wanted to add it to our list (
www.kartfinder.com/engines.htm) The thread caught my eye and I wondered if you were talking about the same engine.
The designer is Paul A. Woelfle and you can contact him directly off his website under "Contact" or at

I asked him about the horsepower and he told me it is a minimum of 42 HP.
