Why?
Why did STCC AB choose a franchise agreement with promotor World Sporting Consulting, LTD (WSC)? What is the cost for this?
Would it be better to choose FIA technical regulation TCN2 for STCC? FIA rules allow both FWD and RWD cars. FIA TCN2 rules is the same as TCR by WSC but only allow FWD cars.
