Russell is the next one to have the Ocon/Mercedes problem.
Assuming he's the next one Mercedes really wants, why would any other team invest in him and then lose him to Mercedes?
There are no Mercedes-powered cars available anymore (apart from Williams) so moving up in 2020 may be difficult.
