Not sure, last year Toyota did 1:58.392 in FP1 while Dallara only 1:59.321. However Toyota did improve considerably for FP2 so I guess that'll happen here too

Most of the P1s are doing much better top speed than last year, except for Kolles which is nowhere anyway
