Audi TV/Audi Sport used to stream the races (granted, it was onboards from only their cars with RLM commentary), but with the ACO/FIA paywall stuff, even Audi were hampered from doing a whole lot last year with live streaming--I think that they got a deal for LM only, and that was about it.
