Not to mention the Williams F1 simultor was converted to simulate his F3 car during his year in F3 thus depriving the team's F1 drivers of simultor F1 time. Plus his running an older Williams F1car to 'loophole' the F1 testing regs amd allow him to get used to F1 time and power in private testing at F1 tracks.

His year in F3 was not a full strength year with many teams not running due to the money Prema (Stroll senior) was investing in his sons future.
