Well I believe that you have never been in control of certain areas of the business!!
If that is the case, can we forward the detail of all the people owed money from the collapsed business and you will put them right as I am sure HMRC will be more than happy to talk to you regarding this matter!!
I also believe that Peters phone was taken with all his log in details when he passed away. The phone was taken without consent from his close families home after a visit from yourself I am led to believe!!
So I do not believe that you should be posting under the Spec-R name!!
That company is dissolved and under forum rules another person cannot be using someone's else's account and that person is not alive now unfortunately to verify this agreement!
I am happy that the car is being restored and for one cannot wait to see it running!
I do not see why you cannot just post the updates for people to see under your several own user names!!
To me it looks like your are trying to speculate with the value of car under the Spec-R name still!!!
I also believe that Steve who found the car with Peter and agreed Peter could have a 50% share in the car if Peter restored it for him would also like your details as why the car was removed without his permission.
There is a recording of the conversation between Peter and Steve I believe in existence discussing this matter!!
I will not report this, but let the moderators sort this mess out naturally obiding by there own rules!!
