Does that mean that Minshaw completed the race in 25:37.07 and that Godfrey Hall had an elapsed time betwin the Mike Smith time of 25:36.35 and 25:37.07? Close race, then!

Thank your updates, Tim. From your grid I would assume 24 cars and drivers were present for the opening round of which 23 started. Looking back a year there were 15 starters with an additional 3 non-starters, making 1989 looking a lot healthier.
