Returning with the same team is a level of consistency people rave about when it’s TD, WSR etc and being able to continue developing a car rather than start at the bottom with a new one can only be a good thing.

I assume after last year he's solidly the #1 driver in the team which is also an incentive. Not convinced it's the platform to show his full potential though, but fingers crossed the Brands GP form is carried to next season (and the car doesn't let go again).
