Rouse probably did more than 2/3 of a season, as he won the title overall in 1983.
Over the years I have had a go at what teams was behind the various ETCC teams and ended up with the names of Elio Imberti, Mauro Nocentini and Luigi Cimarosti. Here's a nice link to a GTV-site, that will evolve into a book I'm told:
