I don't think it's true, I have possibility to check Cupra and i30 without any BoP things and Hyundai is much faster...
Also BoP explains it a little, as Cupra SEQ is 20mm lower, 40kg lighter and can drive full 100% power (comparing to 97,5% of i30), so if it would be faster during BoP test it should have more BoP disadvantage I believe.
