Yep
I understand reliability is an issue.
An engine like the Swindow BTCC is what they need. Enough power for FWD car and good reliability.

WTCR regular Esteban Guerrieri joined independent Honda team RAM Racing for the Super TC 2000 race in Buenos Aires last weekend and is calling for a format change to the Argentinian series.
“Super TC2000 has a standardized engine, which reduces costs, but it should introduce a ‘push to pass’ system and pit stop strategies to improve the races. I would like to see longer races, re-fueling and tyre changes. Also adding downforce to the front could help,” said Guerrieri to TouringCarTimes.

IMO STC2000 doesn't need push to pass and more downforce.
