Another season over

Today's Javelin trackday @ Mallory, was my last outing of the year.
64 days in 2018, which is about a dozen over my 35 year average.
Retirement has so many benefits

Still finding new venues to visit - Cairncastle in County Antrim which is the UK's longest Hillclimb venue, interestingly the day was abandoned owing to the track melting - well it was a very hot weekend, particularly for Ireland.

Sad to see Rockingham close but probably inevitable, my favourite days of this year were @ The Rock, when the Jaguar I-Pace Trophy cars were out testing.

Not long to wait for the new season to start (I know no rest for the wicked), first day is as M.UK Steward @ Shenington in 23 days time.
