Surtees and crew will have allready sorted out a team for the new season, they are obviously just drip feeding the press information.
there is no way you would leave a race team without having a new one, its not like they have loads of time to hand pick engineers.
Arden did make a few school boy errors and with engineers popping between series and race meets. it did look a bit like a hobby. IMO i dont think Arden put the same effort in A1GP as they have done in the past with other series.
