Same rules 'cept dump the DRS; mandate 3 tire choices...very hard slicks, intermediates, rains. 'Solves everything. I would still like to see good ol' gated manuals and clutches but that won't fly, I'm sure.
This would give the driving more of a share of the pie which should please.. The passing would still be about the same as whoever builds the best "mousetrap" each year (and the rest in order, as usual) will dominate as always (and deservedly so).
