The problem with the Scottish Classics is that they allow just about anything and any mod so they don't comply with other series regs. There is a BDG engined Mk1 Escort that reputedly cost well over £100K, Harry Simpson's Davrian and others. While it does get some good support, people with genuine historics have to head south to race.
