Indeed before to switch to AER, CLM P1 was going to use the dtm audi 4L V8 that fitted well the original engine bay used for the judd-bmw V8 3.6L

That is their chassis. It was built by Adess, but it was designed by them, Kodewa and ex-F1 designer. It's similar to how the old Audis R8s and R10s were built by Dallara, but designed with Audi.
Kodewa went on to become ByKolles. Presumably in something to do with the Lotus mess of who owned what, as the chassis was originally branded a Lotus.
