OK so maybe that title was misleading now I have a bit more info.
Its all about the European Arrest Warrant which basically means that if you commit a "crime" in a signed up country and flee to another signed up country you can be arrested without the need for extradition. As Italy and the UK, among others are signed up to this from Jan 1 this year it obvioulsy opens the potential for a problem with International racing. Effecively it means if there was a repeat of e.g. Monza 1970 or Imola 1994 the team and its personnel leaving Italy wouldnt prevent any of them held culpable by Italian law being arrested once the got back to the UK
