Just saw this from MP and learned of Robin's passing.

Such an integral part of most folks American Open Wheel racing experience, a wealth of knowledge, a hard headed, but fair SOB and someone who I really think loved AOW racing more than anyone else. His voice, writings and influence are only temporarily silent as they'll live on forever.

Glad he got that one last visit to THE Speedway.

Farewell, Robin. He was 71 years young.
