I don't think there was any danger of that. Chilton and Kimball didn't really bring anything to the driver department, so to cut back to Dixon and one other driver makes sense. It will be interesting to see who Ganassi picks.
As for TK, he's no spring chicken but he might be just what A.J. Foyt Enterprises need. He has a lot of experience, which is something the team has sorely lacked.
