An MX5 Mk1 is eligible for both the Future Classics and Modern Classic Series. I remember one in particular going extremely well on individual throttle bodies. Also turbo charged Mk1s are eligible for Modern Classics, I think, as the BBR conversion was counted as a factory authorised car sold through the main dealer network.

944s normally do well - which is a bit galling for us as we used to run a 944 Turbo in Future Classics, and now find our Alfa 75 V6 in the same class as all the 944s


We also have an MX5 that frequently runs with us in Future Classics - not overpowered but it handles!
