Veggie [VASC18R07R08] Tyrepower Tasmania SuperSprint, Symmons Plains Raceway, 6-8 April

The Supercars follow the map to go down under to the island state of Tasmania for the Tyrepower Tasmania SuperSprint, the third event (or round, but then again consistency has never really been a strong suit for Supercars but then again, neither has been when I make something that is viscous)

Two sprint races around the short but very quick track where good power down to get out of the infamous hairpin onto the back straight is key. (A rare time where the Supercars use the whole range of forward gears of 1st to 6th)

Will the current Holden Racing Team that is Triple Eight/Red Bull get to the top step or will the former Holden Racing Team that is Walkinshaw-Andretti-United/Mobil 1 Boost Mobile continue their rather respectable rise back to prominence?

Could DJR Team Penske throw a spanner in the Holden fest? (until if rumours are true and the team that has been loyal to the Blue Oval become part of the silver *ahem* Red Lion)

Hopefully this year the boys and girls play clean so we don't get a repeat of the Saturday demolition derby which caused cars to be extensively repaired, a few write offs and a couple of drivers injured but for good TV and highlights, just add water.

*Check local guides for broadcast times
