The race series cars were all dyno'd at 140 bhp or may have been 143 bhp and not allowed to be any more. Only mod was cam and vernier pulley. They weigh around 1000kg so not very exciting power to weight ratio! Standard discs and drums- only pad material change- so just as well. They are quite slippery though and run quite wide tyres so carry a lot of corner speed. With good economy should cruise round for hour after hour.....
Iain, Mk1 RS2000 left factory with 8" drums (strange as all other AVO cars on 9") but easy to change to bigger size as Joe says. What halfshafts are you going to use?
