I managed two laps in qualifying before the session was red flagged.
As my slowing down lap was enough to qualify me I handed over to Simon, as he only got 1.5 laps yesterday in FP! Anyway, my second lap was good enough to place us on the grid where we would expect to be, so best to let him have some more time learning.....
Of all the Italian biased displays (apart from McLaren cars
), Scudiera del Portello’s collection of Alfa’s is the most impressive for me. The pic only shows a few of them! Think the pointy-nose one is an Indy car?
