The ownership of any mark with Holden is pretty irrelevant, if someone tried to use it in VASC Holden would be in court and owning whatever mark it was in about 15 mins.
it is clear and obvious anybody trying to use this mark doesn't own it, it is clearly in the space Holden owns the main brand.
No point discussing this any further really, it just aint happening.
