The racelist on VROC was down yesterday, so it could be as a result of something with the racelist server. At this point in time there are green races showing for me.
As for potential racers, there will be a sign up on the site when it initially launches so we'll see what numbers we get. Then we can see whether any further action needs to taken in that respect.
