That really sucks, I found out it helps sometimes to call again. Thats how I maneged to split my ticket amount to this weeks race. Wich offcourse got canceled again..... Anyway, some at the helpdesk, do/know more than others.
In case of bankrupt, you have to find the curator but I dont think that will help you in this case.
