Just came accross this thread whilst looking up some history on formula Atlantics. I grew up in Dublin and spent a lot of my early years in Mondello park and Atlantics were my passion.Iremember watching those fantastic races at the Pheonix park once a year and the sound of twenty of those cars coming through the trees was a sound to behold.
Chris Townsend your a star. Maybe a thread on B39 s or B45 s next.
Whatever happened to the ex Derek Daly ( ICI ) F2 car that Gary Gibson converted to Atlantic ?. That was a beautifull car .
