Yes, but why build it where it required the demolition of grandstand/s? And how many grandstand seats are now gone for sake of the few elite who will be able to afford the cost to stay there during the Grand Prix?
And it wouldn't surprise me if the majority of the rooms available during the GP weekend are actually taken by the teams and/or their guests.
