"Racin on a Tred Mill..........
i walked and ran 17 miles on our tred mill,yesterday and 13 today,it is pretty cool to pretend your out on a race track and that their is cars beside you,i can probably run like 13-17mph on the ground,but the machine only goes up to 10mph and some what easy,if you have'nt tried that you should it is kind of like a rush.
