He had a fantastic round in Abu Dhabi to end the season with a winning score of 112 points and his second win of the year (after Portugal) and managed to take the gap down to a tantalisingly close margin at the conclusion of this exciting season. He managed to get all of the top 10 finishers in his predictions, even guessing Pérez wouldn't make it (although perhaps not for the same reason as in reality).
