Seriously: Ferrari has been contracted by A1 to design the car and build the engines. And Ferrari, in their wisdom, decided to wait for 7 months for whatever reason to actually start to do something productive.
It's not a completely new car, nor a completely new engine.. the only thing that is new is that those 2 need to work together now.. |
The redesign is John Travis´s job , not Ferrari .
