I've been dealing with international projects recently the risk register always starts with logistics. Currently shipping is in relative disarray. The pandemic plus the Suez problem last year, has created the perfect storm.
I am reminded of the circumstances after WW2 when rationing in the UK was only lifted in 1954. Although different reasons, there was a lack of shipping in the right places. These days we are much more reliant on shipping so the problems are exacerbated.
