FPR unaffected by V8 ownership change

Ford will assume full control of Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) from Prodrive at the end of the year following recent poor sales, resulting in the redundancy of 32 FPV workers.
But in a short statement, Ford Performance Racing's (FPR) team principal Tim Edwards said the news won't affect the V8s team which, despite being owned by Prodrive, is run separate to FPV.
