Slider48 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The price has already been set. Ask almost any team and the answer is the same - 150,000 Euros. Revenue from a title sponsor would accrue to the promoter and perhaps a prize fund for the teams. It won't change the price to drivers in my opinion.

The provisional timetable:

8 - 10 April Malaysian F1 support (2 races)
27 - 29 May Sepang AFOS (4 races)
15 - 17 July Korea AFOS at Korean International Circuit (4 races)
5 - 7 August Guangdong AFOS (4 races)
23 - 25 September Singapore F1 support (2 races)
28 - 30 October Indian F1 support (2 races)
18 - 20 November Macau (1 race, non-championship)

Undoubtedly an exciting calendar, with a good mix of track time (AFOS) and glamour (F1 support) for those who have the budget.
