Maybe I'm in the wrong place to mention this... But I think any business that is looking to expand by focusing on fosil fuels only has a short term business plan.
Their bulk fuel service for mining etc. may have a little longer pipeline (pun intended) but retail fuel stations will be very different places in 10 years.
Although there would be some bargins to be had, I imagine there are plenty of larger businesses (BP; Shell; etc.) happy to off load assets that only have 10 or so years left to run.
