THese days nobody in racing does anything out of the goodness of their hearts. You need to spend money. If WA wants more 'east coast' racing, then they will have to find a promotor willing to stump up the chas to get the show over there.

Good thing that many national budgets require national performance because their is no doubt AVESCO would prefer not to go to WA but if they didn't some race team budgets would be cut e.g Castrol, Holden, Ford.
Last time it happened Shell made it clear how important WA was to its operations & they were not talking about servos on street corners but the mining industry up north.
