Yes it does. The blue Ferrari was about to run our of tarmac. The yellow Ferrari couldn't stayed straight and it'd be fine, but it drifted over slightly. Smith over reacted to the Ferrari moving over and moved to his left. The Lambo didn't move at all and they touched.
Also what's the deal with the pack bunching? The leaders slowed down at one point and the back of the pack had to brake. The blue Ferrari and Bentley shouldn't have even been able to get alongside. Its like the yellow Ferrari was trying to jump it...and then he sailed over the grass anyway.
Another replay there shows the yellow Ferrari move for no reason at all. Smith over reacted and hit the Lambo.
