Yes, but the driver and this Golf was the French Champion not long ago... And for the MK4, well that is just a shell and in Rallycross that hardly makes a difference. The shell that is, not the driveline and what is under the bonnet, etc, etc. iow: if Jernberg would be asked to switch to Seat, VW or Audi he could make it with same tech as the Skoda, even it would be an oldskool model...
The best proof of this are the good results of two different Xsara's, one of Jeanny in the last round and Smerud last year in Sweden...
