Nice report Will! Apologies for silence from me but bit pre occupied with Dijon, Imola and Portimao.......

Anyway, I enjoy visits to Le Castellet, and only having one morning of wet this time rather than last year's apocalyptical storm helped! 25C on arrival? That'll do.....

We had the normal Peter Auto CER Chevron B8 and 60s Endurance Morgan SLR racing. Both gave us some problems leading up to the actual races, but all were fixed or managed to get cars finishes with good results. The Morgan was P15 out of 80 odd starters and won its class again. The B8 also finished strongly, but as mentioned before, is outclassed by the current structure used.

Well done Anita, Bill and Will for the 356 result. Change engine after qualifying? No problem. Drive round racetrack with a Cobra boot lid jammed under car? No problem!

Let's hope Imola is as inviting and enjoyable!
