Sam Lowes has already said he's heading to the Moto2 paddock. Can't remember which team (think it was someone with a SpeedUp chassis).
Alex Lowes is more or less confirmed at the PBM team in MotoGP (So "open"/ex-CRT class), as Paul Bird said at the Silverstone BSB race that "It's well known we've signed one of the Lowes brothers", and Sam has already said he's off to Moto2.
All of this could change until official announcements are made obviously, but that's pretty much whats happening as far as I'm aware.
