I personally don't care much for perspective - the may look nice, but deform the track. The trackline is fine here, however.
And my wording was a bit unfortunate: what i wanted to say (but didn't succeed
) was that i like the "perimeter" layout, and especially the northern part of it. It's like combining a traditional, more classic looking part (the top half) with a more modern one (the bottom half).
