Race 3 of the weekend for Historic Touring Cars. Group N from the Falcon Sprint of my good friend Jervis Ward. Jervis' comments...."That little oil leak we'd put up with all weekend turned out to be a little nastier than we thought. And it would appear we've blown a head gasket. On every left hand corner there was smoke coming out the back and onto the back tyre making for some hairy moments. Also 3rd gear was being a *****."

From the same Rallye Sprint, the Sunday morning 5 lap race. Unfortunately David Crabtree in the Capri just didn't want to give up his position to Jervis...until he ran out of road. Unfortunately that and another incident bought out the Safety Car, after a couple of laps and stayed out to the finish.
