Imho, it's pretty clear why SGT is far more fun than DTM:
_It's ran on far better track layouts(on average)
_Tyre war is a great thing for racing as it swings the performance not only from race to race but also during different moments in the same race(wet-dry variations, a compound that might be better over the whole stint but slower on the initial laps and etc.....). Plus, with tyre war, you kill the usage of tyres as gimmickies like DTM, on it's ever F1-wannabe attitude, have been doing with the two mandatory different compounds
_No DRS BS. Again, DTM's cringeworthy attempts to be a copy of F1 just brought all the disgraceful silly gimmickies that kills real racing and fair competition
