z-spec should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

7500rpm is still plenty but our engine is safe 8000 and has seen nearly 9000 by accident but they sound beautiful at revs

Gavin Bullas'es 69 mustang used to see 9000rpm every lap back when it was in groub NC
We race Shelbys in European historic events , in between our regulations we can not build a 8000rpm engine , the latest i build is a poper 289ci based on a period engine block and heads and gives 235bhp on the dyno with max of 7300rpm , stock style rockers and flat tappers , breakerpoint dissy , www.va-motorsport.com
