Stone Brothers and Garry Rogers have both shown what can be done on smaller budgets.
From the outside Nissan lacked profile, everything seemed bland and low key. They needed a first class name driver. Back in 2013 they should have gone after a James Courtney type to sell and promote the team to sponsors. Even better thrown a cheque book at Lowndes.
