My 2014 Brit F3 calendar (no order):
Spa-Francorchamps
Brands Hatch GP
Donington Park GP
Silverstone GP
Oulton Park International
Snetterton 300
I reckon that, in some order, these 6 will be circuits on the calendar. Replacing Snetterton with Rockingham, or maybe even Thruxton of Croft, is the only one that I'm unsure about. Unless they really want to make it a national series...
