F1 Qual: 1-2 Hours
3 x V8 Sprint Races : 2 Hours (if that)
Actual GP 1.5 - 2 Hours
At a quick glance not including F1 practise sessions we are looking at 6 hours of racing and 10 hours of fluff pieces !
