A car that is continuously accelerating gets real challenging when the driver gets to the turn at the end of the straight. Chumps back off sooner than champions.

IMSA GTP cars weren't 400 horsepower cars. Depending on the year and the boost level they were as much as a 1,000 horsepower car.
