Not just the future of the automobile, but a new beginning of wide possibilities. We know these days there seems to be plague of going down the path of spec racing cars - be it engines or other. Looking this year at Formula E, where the powertrains were opened up. You could have more than one electric motor, single gears, multi gears, maybe even motor in hub arrangements. From a purley performance perspective I know from RC cars of gas vs electric, electric is just better.
